Location: Dickinson, North Dakota

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, block scheduling, every third weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate one-on-one care to laboring mothers and their newborns
- Monitor and titrate critical drips including Magnesium and Oxytocin with precision
- Support families through the beautiful journey of childbirth and postpartum recovery
- Collaborate with providers during C-sections to ensure safe outcomes for baby
- Deliver expert neonatal care including CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow support
- Float to medical-surgical and emergency departments to lend a helping hand when needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
- Comfortable working independently in a rural hospital setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong Labor and Delivery expertise
- Postpartum and couplet care experience
- Neonatal resuscitation and stabilization skills
- Confident with drip titration and fetal monitoring
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
