Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehab
Location: Herrin, Illinois
Start Date: 06-15-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every third weekend (Friday and Saturday nights)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with the care team
- Educate patients and families with clear explanations and instructions
- Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Contribute to a healthy workplace through professional communication
- Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care
Qualifications
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Stroke certification is a plus but not required
