Shift Type: Days, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patient physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive needs with precision and care
Implement skilled nursing plans that make a real difference in patient outcomes
Delegate and supervise team members to ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery
Educate patients and families, empowering them on their health journey
Document meticulously using electronic records to support optimal care
Lead as Charge Nurse when needed, coordinating admits, discharges, and team support
Champion safety and innovation in a fast-paced ICU environment

Qualifications

Current Washington State RN Licensure
BLS (HCP Level) certification within 30 days of hire
Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in acute care or ICU
ACLS, PALS, TNCC, PEARS, and moderate sedation training (obtainable within first year)

Education

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Mastery of the nursing process from assessment to evaluation
Strong critical thinking and crisis management abilities
Patient assessment, care planning, delegation, and coordination
Competency across age continuum and with complex ICU equipment
