Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 48
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to critically ill patients in a 33-bed ICU
- Monitor and interpret telemetry strips while managing complex cardiac and vasoactive drips
- Titrate medications and manage ventilators from nasal cannula to full ventilator support
- Collaborate with nurse aides and healthcare support techs to deliver safe, patient-centered care
- Float to PCU or MedSurg units when needed, maintaining excellent care ratios
- Respond promptly to on-call situations within 30 minutes when required
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum one year of recent ICU experience preferred
- Strong telemetry interpretation and drip titration skills
- Valid driver's license for radius verification at submission
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and strip interpretation
- Cardiac, insulin, and sedation drip titration
- Ventilator management from basic oxygen to full support
- Caring for trauma, cardiac, stroke, sepsis, and respiratory distress patients
- Floating comfortably between ICU, PCU, and MedSurg units
