Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to adult ICU patients including trauma, cardiac, stroke, and respiratory distress cases
- Titrate cardiac drips, insulin, and sedation medications with precision and safety
- Monitor and interpret telemetry strips while documenting findings accurately
- Collaborate with nurse aides and healthcare support techs to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Float to PCU or MedSurg units when needed while maintaining quality care standards
- Respond promptly to on-call situations within 30 minutes when required
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum one year of recent ICU experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for radius verification at submittal
Knowledge & Skills
- ICU nursing with telemetry monitoring and drip titration expertise
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for complex adult patients
- Ability to manage vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen equipment
- Comfortable floating to PCU and MedSurg with appropriate ratios
