Candidate Pay Rate: $92 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate nursing staff across multiple units to ensure seamless patient care
- Serve as the go-to resource for clinical guidance and decision-making during your shift
- Monitor patient flow and staffing levels to maintain safe, high-quality care
- Collaborate with physicians and department leaders to address urgent needs quickly
- Support new nurses with mentorship and real-time problem-solving
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure
- Comfortable leading teams and managing multiple priorities
