Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to trauma and emergency patients in a fast-paced Level 1 environment
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of physicians, midlevels, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes
- Float between multiple ER locations, gaining diverse experience across four facilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond swiftly to critical changes
- Educate and support patients and families during some of their most challenging moments
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- TNCC and ATCN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of ER experience with at least 6 months in a Level 1 trauma center
- Cerner EMR experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills
- Ability to maintain sterile technique during procedures
- Comfortable floating between multiple ER sites
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ready to handle high patient volumes and diverse cases including trauma, burns, and pediatrics
