Location: Pendleton, Oregon

End Date: 12-28-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts including 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM, and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians and support staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Respond quickly and confidently to a wide variety of urgent medical situations
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and next steps
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of the unit
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oregon or eligible for the 90-day emergency license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- Minimum 2-3 years of recent ER nursing experience
- Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to work independently
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable managing a 1:3-4 patient ratio in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Meditech EMR
- Skilled in performing all aspects of ER nursing including triage when needed
- Able to adapt to rotating shifts and occasional floating if desired
