Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care during cardiovascular surgical procedures
Circulate and scrub in the operating room to ensure smooth surgeries
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes with precision
Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia team for optimal outcomes
Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of OR experience, CVOR preferred
Strong critical thinking and assessment skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in perioperative nursing standards
Excellent communication and team collaboration
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile techniques
