Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, every other weekend and holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert one-to-one care for complex open-heart, thoracic, and vascular patients
- Monitor and titrate critical drips including vasopressors, paralytics, and antiarrhythmics
- Support patients on advanced therapies such as Impella, IABP, CRRT, and ECMO
- Interpret telemetry and respond swiftly to cardiac changes
- Collaborate with intensivists and hospitalists who are in-house 24/7
- Float to other inpatient units when needed, bringing your skills wherever they're most valuable
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- At least 1 year of recent CVICU experience with this patient population
- Strong telemetry interpretation skills
- Comfortable titrating multiple critical drips
