Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead clinical informatics initiatives to optimize electronic health record (EHR) workflows
Train and support healthcare staff in EHR use, ensuring best practices
Analyze clinical data to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to implement system upgrades
Develop and maintain clinical decision support tools

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Experience in clinical informatics or EHR implementation
Strong communication and training skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
Data analysis and reporting
Project management and change management
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
