Shift Type: Per diem (as scheduled), 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM Day

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care on each assigned shift
Perform timely assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to facility policy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans
Support patients and families with education, comfort, and clear communication
Ensure accurate handoffs and maintain high standards of infection control and safety

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
Current basic life support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Prior clinical experience in a long-term care or similar setting is a plus
Ability to pass facility onboarding requirements and background checks
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN/LVN diploma or RN diploma/ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Sound clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Medication administration and documentation proficiency
Comfortable with electronic health records and basic charting
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment
Compassionate bedside manner and strong patient advocacy
