Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate patient care during assigned shifts
Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings clearly
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
Respond to patient needs and escalate concerns to appropriate providers
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and handoffs
Support patient education and discharge planning to promote recovery

Qualifications

Current, active RN license for New Mexico (or compact RN license if applicable)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN preferred)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Prior acute care or rehab experience preferred; LPN experience considered
Ability to pass facility background checks and meet onboarding requirements
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently on per diem shifts

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
Current RN license in New Mexico

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and clinical observation skills
Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge (per facility scope)
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate charting
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively on night shift
Effective teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care mindset
