Location: Jackson, Michigan

Start Date: 09-01-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 24-hour call, approximately 7 days per month

Candidate Pay Rate: $2447 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive plastic surgery care for trauma, adult, and pediatric patients
Perform essential procedures including facial laceration repairs, scar revision, skin grafts, and flaps
Respond to 24-hour trauma call with dedication and expertise
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Contribute to a Magnet-designated hospital known for clinical excellence

Qualifications

Board Certified in Plastic Surgery required
Fellowship training required
Current ACLS certification required
Active Michigan medical license required
Experience in trauma surgery and general plastic surgery procedures

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in plastic surgery and trauma surgery
Strong clinical judgment for all-age patient demographics
Ability to perform facial surgery procedures and trauma call
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
