Bill Rate: $8000.00 Sign on Bonus

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care with thorough assessments to identify functional needs and outcomes
Design and implement individualized plans of care to help patients reach meaningful functional goals
Deliver therapeutic interventions and adjust treatments based on patient progress
Document evaluations, treatment goals, and progress notes accurately and timely
Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
Supervise and direct support staff to maximize patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement activities and departmental initiatives
Engage in community outreach and act as a resource to promote physical therapy services

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current Washington State PT license from the State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners, or application in process
At least one year of experience as a physical therapist preferred
Completion of mandatory education and compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA
Professional appearance, reliable attendance, and strong communication skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient evaluation, plan of care development, and therapeutic interventions
Strong clinical documentation and electronic record usage
Effective interdisciplinary communication and teamwork
Familiarity with infection control and HIPAA compliance
Comfort with quality improvement processes and continuing education
Ability to interpret clinical data, technical procedures, and regulatory guidance
