Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patients and craft personalized care plans to boost mobility and independence
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions like exercises, massage, and ultrasound to ease pain and restore function
Monitor progress closely, adjust treatments for optimal results, and plan seamless discharges
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and teams to ensure top-notch patient care
Maintain spotless documentation and safety standards while mentoring colleagues

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Current valid Physical Therapist license in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain one)
Preferred clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or rehab settings; new grads with strong rotations welcome

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and care planning

Progress monitoring and discharge planning
