Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate nursing care as the primary nurse in our Patient Care Unit
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients in a rural Critical Access Hospital
- Provide skilled care in a unique high-elevation environment
- Ensure safe and effective patient outcomes every shift
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Active, unrestricted RN license in Colorado or ability to obtain prior to start
- BLS certification (may be obtained upon hire)
- PALS certification required
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Competence providing care as the primary nurse in a rural Critical Access Hospital
- Ability to safely function in a low oxygen environment at 8,000 feet elevation
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
