Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with injuries impacting mobility and independence
Deliver specialized outpatient services including sports and orthopedic rehab
Provide care in pediatric, neurological, stroke, balance, and dizziness rehab
Assist with wheelchair seating and neck, back, and extremity care
Help patients regain strength and confidence on their road to recovery

Qualifications

Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
Ability to travel to multiple points of care

Education

Physical Therapy degree with Oregon licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in rehabilitation for diverse patient needs
Skills in sports, orthopedic, pediatric, and neurological therapy
Proficiency in balance, dizziness, and wheelchair assessments
