Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a dedicated clinic team to boost patient access and experience
Optimize schedules, referrals, and workflows to cut wait times and improve flow
Champion safety, quality metrics, and regulatory readiness every day
Recruit, train, and develop staff for peak performance
Drive continuous improvement through data, feedback, and team collaboration
Foster a culture of respect, excellence, and outstanding customer service

Qualifications

Active RN license in Alaska or ability to obtain within 6 months
BLS certification
Clinical Competency required within 3 months
Manager Competency required within 3 months
5+ years varied RN experience including 1 year in ambulatory care
2+ years supervisory or managerial experience in healthcare

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred

Nursing process application in dynamic settings
Safety and infection control mastery
Clinical assessment and technical skills with medical equipment
Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
