Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the ICU nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of clinical excellence
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to create a supportive healing environment
- Mentor and develop nursing professionals to grow their skills
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- ICU nursing experience
- Leadership or management experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge in critical care
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage teams and foster collaboration
