Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Provide emotional support to brighten residents' days and enhance their quality of life
Follow the chain of command and report to the Director of Nursing with confidence
Make a real difference in long-term care by supporting independence and comfort

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Experience in long-term care settings preferred
Compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills
Ability to work night shifts with reliability and enthusiasm

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ADLs and resident care protocols
Emotional intelligence for building meaningful connections
Team collaboration and chain-of-command awareness
Dedication to high-quality, resident-centered support
