Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents with professionalism
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team promptly
Assist with daily living activities while promoting resident dignity and independence
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Maintain clear, timely charting and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing (Pennsylvania license preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings is preferred
Strong communication skills and a resident-centered approach
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (or equivalent)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical nursing skills
Familiarity with documentation best practices and electronic health records
Resident assessment and care planning support
Infection control principles and safe patient handling
Team collaboration, time management, and good bedside manner
