Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM on a cycle schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
Monitor and document residents' health status and progress
Educate residents and families on health management

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Minnesota
BLS certification required
Experience in long-term care preferred
Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in PointClickCare EMR
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
Knowledge of geriatric nursing and common diagnoses (CHF, COPD, Alzheimer's, etc.)
