Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour day shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, following a 3 on / 2 off / 2 on / 3 off rotation (includes weekends), day shift

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered bedside care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately during your shift
Monitor patients, report changes, and escalate concerns to the care team promptly
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver cohesive care plans
Document care in the medical record thoroughly and professionally
Support residents’ daily living needs while promoting dignity and comfort

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential — active and in good standing
Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts and the specified rotating schedule (3 on / 2 off / 2 on / 3 off)
Local to the area or able to commute — this is a local-only assignment
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented with strong communication skills

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and hands-on patient care
Medication administration and documentation
Basic understanding of long-term care and skilled nursing workflows
Good charting habits and ability to work with electronic health records
Excellent interpersonal skills for resident and team interactions
