Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, direct patient care including assessments and treatments
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient vital signs, responses, and progress
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate excellent care
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the patient record
Educate patients and families about care plans, discharge instructions, and safety
Advocate for patients and contribute to a positive, supportive care environment

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license appropriate for the role (Class: LPN | RN)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
Comfortable working in a long-term care/clinical facility environment
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered mindset
Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding

Education

LPN: Diploma or vocational nursing certificate (as required for LPN licensure)
RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or BSN preferred (per RN licensure requirements)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Basic wound care and infection control principles
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate charting
Time management, prioritization, and teamwork in a clinical setting
Patient and family education with empathy and clarity
