Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $38 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside nursing care to residents, focusing on dignity and comfort
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Perform thorough assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition
Document care clearly and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team
Assist with activities of daily living and support rehabilitation goals
Contribute to a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for residents and families

Qualifications

Current LPN license in New Mexico (required)
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab settings preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a care team
Dependable, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to resident care

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Vocational nursing diploma or equivalent completion

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation accuracy
Comfortable with resident assessments and vital sign monitoring
Familiarity with wound care basics and mobility assistance
Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced overnight environment
Good charting practices and clear communication with nurses and providers
