Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents during the night shift
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to the care team
Document resident care clearly and promptly in the medical record
Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
Support residents with activities of daily living and safety during overnight hours
Respond quickly and calmly to alarms, emergencies, and resident needs

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — current and in good standing
Comfortable and experienced working overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Reliable, organized, and able to communicate effectively with residents and team members
Local to the Andover area or able to commute reliably to the facility

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN program (or equivalent practical nursing education)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong medication administration and documentation skills
Ability to perform focused assessments and recognize clinical changes
Familiarity with long term care and rehabilitation nursing practices
Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Basic electronic charting or medical record familiarity
