Shift Type: Two-week rotating schedule, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; Week 2: Monday, Tuesday; every other weekend required; rotating evening shift

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care for residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes promptly
Support nursing team with timely and accurate documentation
Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and care team
Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for everyone

Qualifications

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (NH or VT as indicated)
Local candidate only per job posting
Willingness to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM schedule and every other weekend
Ability to pass facility-required background checks and screenings
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable assisting with activities of daily living and mobility support
Skilled at taking and documenting vital signs accurately
Knowledge of basic infection control and safety practices
Good communication and observational skills to report patient changes
Familiarity with electronic or paper charting preferred
