Roles & Responsibilities

Float across critical care floors, ER, and step-down units to make a real difference where needed most
Deliver top-notch ICU care to diverse patient populations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient outcomes
Master EPIC EMR to keep everything running smoothly

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience in a similar-sized facility
Ready to float and adapt with minimal time off requests

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical care assessment and intervention skills
Proficiency in EPIC EMR for efficient documentation
Excellent teamwork and communication in high-pressure environments
