Location: Federal Way, Washington

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts (schedule confirmed 6 weeks in advance)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60.03 - $44.7 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in procedure room with patient positioning, ensuring comfort and safety
Collect and handle specimens accurately for laboratory analysis
Perform bedside precleaning of scopes to maintain infection control
Set up and break down endoscopic equipment efficiently
Restock procedure rooms to ensure readiness for next cases
Assist in gastric lab with esophageal motility studies if experienced

Qualifications

At least 1 year of previous GI tech experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced ambulatory environment
Flexibility to float occasionally to other locations (Federal Way, Bellevue, Lynnwood)

Knowledge & Skills

Endoscopy procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy
Patient positioning and specimen collection techniques
Scope precleaning and reprocessing protocols
Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
