Roles & Responsibilities

Support the EP team during complex electrophysiology procedures
Cover the cath lab on non-EP days to ensure seamless patient care
Mentor and guide the EP team to elevate skills and outcomes
Manage PTO coverage and maintain staffing efficiency
Operate fluoroscopy equipment with precision and safety

Qualifications

Current certification in Electrophysiology or related field
Experience with fluoroscopy and EP scrub/stimulation
Ability to teach and guide a team effectively
Commitment to patient-centered care and safety

Knowledge & Skills

Electrophysiology procedures and protocols
Fluoroscopy imaging techniques
Cardiac catheterization and interventions
Mentoring and team leadership
