Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients and residents
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and eating
Take and record vital signs accurately
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment

Qualifications

Current and valid CNA certification in the state of California
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care principles
Ability to use medical equipment like blood pressure cuffs and thermometers
Understanding of infection control practices
Empathy and patience when dealing with patients
