Clinical Care Registered Nurse
Location: Battle Creek, Michigan
Start Date: 06-08-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to participants with compassion and expertise
- Triage emergent situations using advanced clinical judgment
- Monitor acute and chronic conditions in partnership with Primary Care Providers
- Create and implement individualized care plans for clinic and home settings
- Administer treatments, procedures, and medications as prescribed
- Conduct regular home visits for wound care, lab draws, and assessments
Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license required
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- Minimum one year experience with frail, elderly, or long-term care populations
- Home care experience preferred
- Wound care experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid Michigan driver's license
Education
- Associate degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Direct nursing care and triage expertise
- Care planning and medication administration
- Wound care and home health experience
- Ability to work independently with complex clinical situations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
