Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating schedule: 2 days one week, 4 days the next, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours per Week: 24

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure comfort and safety
Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Engage residents in activities and promote independence
Maintain a clean and organized environment following infection control protocols
Document care accurately using Point-Click-Care system

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in West Virginia
Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
Proficiency with Point-Click-Care (PCC) electronic health records
BLS certification from AHA or ARC
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of resident rights and dignity in care
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
