Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 2 days one week, 4 days the next, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours per Week: 24

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfer tasks ensuring safety and dignity
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and organized environment for resident wellbeing
Document care activities accurately using Point-Click-Care system
Support residents' emotional and social needs through friendly interaction

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in West Virginia
Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility
Experience with Point-Click-Care electronic health records required
Ability to work a rotating schedule including some weekends
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Ability to lift and transfer residents safely
Basic understanding of infection control practices
Time management and documentation skills
