Location: Elkins, WV

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 09-19-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, two-week rotation with 2 days one week and 4 days the next

Hours per Week: 24

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities for residents
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
Maintain a clean and organized environment to promote healing and dignity
Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to deliver personalized care plans

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in West Virginia
At least 6 months of recent CNA experience
Point-Click-Care experience is required
Must be willing to travel and commit to a 13-week assignment
Compassionate attitude and a desire to make a difference

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Point-Click-Care EMR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred
Adaptability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment
