Location: Elkins, West Virginia

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 09-19-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating schedule: 2 days one week, 4 days the next, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (night shift)

Hours per Week: 24

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Document care provided accurately using Point-Click-Care system
Support residents' emotional well-being through meaningful interactions

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in West Virginia
Proven experience with Point-Click-Care electronic health records
Ability to commute within 100 miles of the facility
Current CPR certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Point-Click-Care software
Ability to work rotating night shifts and adapt to changing schedules
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
