Location: Elkins, West Virginia

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 09-18-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating schedule: Two-week rotation - 2 days one week, 4 days the next; 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Hours per Week: 24

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities to residents
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized care plans
Document care accurately using Point-Click-Care system

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in West Virginia
Experience with Point-Click-Care is required
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Willingness to travel and work a rotating schedule
A compassionate heart and a team-player attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in taking vital signs and basic patient care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Point-Click-Care
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and assist with lifts throughout the shift
