Shift Type: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes promptly to nursing staff
Support patient mobility, transfers, and safe positioning with dignity
Document care accurately in the chart/EHR and communicate updates to the team
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection prevention practices
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and families to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required) and ability to work in New Mexico
Local candidates only (position is local-only)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Comfort and experience working night shifts; strong teamwork and communication skills

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in basic nursing care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Proficient in taking/recording vital signs and observing clinical changes
Familiarity with infection control standards and safe patient handling
Comfortable using electronic charting/EHR systems
Strong communication, time management, and compassionate bedside manner
