Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor resident condition and report any changes to nursing staff promptly
Assist with safe transfers, positioning, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
Support mealtime, hygiene, and toileting needs with dignity and respect
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
Follow infection control practices and facility policies to keep residents safe

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Valid ability to work in Pennsylvania and pass required background checks
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, resident-first attitude
Ability to perform physical aspects of the role such as lifting and standing for shifts
Willingness to participate in orientation and on-site training as needed

Education

CNA certification (required)
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in basic patient care and activities of daily living
Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and reporting
Knowledge of infection control and resident safety practices
Comfortable with documentation and basic electronic medical record entries
Team player with good observation and communication skills
