Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
Take and record vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing team
Document care accurately and timely to ensure continuity and quality
Support a safe, clean, and dignified environment for all residents
Collaborate with nurses and facility staff to deliver resident-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required
Comfortable working the posted day shift hours (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM)
Ability to perform physical aspects of resident care safely
Strong communication and teamwork skills to support residents and staff
Local candidates only as this role is designated LOCAL ONLY

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational knowledge of resident care and activities of daily living
Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
Infection control and safe patient handling awareness
Reliable documentation and time management abilities
Compassionate interpersonal skills and resident-focused mindset
