Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living
• Assist nursing staff with mobility, bathing, feeding, and toileting needs
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and patient interactions
• Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with the care team to help deliver person-centered care and positive patient experiences

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (T-CNA listed as acceptable)
• Active state CNA credentials or eligible for state certification
• Comfort and stamina for 12+ hour day shifts
• Willingness to complete facility onboarding requirements such as background check and immunizations as required
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Fundamentals of patient care and activities of daily living
• Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
• Infection control practices and safe patient handling
• Accurate documentation and time management
• Compassionate bedside manner and effective teamwork
