Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and manage front desk operations with warmth and efficiency
- Coordinate scheduling to keep the clinic running smoothly
- Room patients and support providers during clinic visits
- Handle both front office and clinical support tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with daily clinic flow
Qualifications
- Active MA-C certification required
- Experience with front desk, scheduling, and clinic rooming
- Comfortable working in an ambulatory care setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
