Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care
Oversee daily operations of the unit, ensuring compliance with regulations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes
Manage staffing schedules and resource allocation efficiently
Implement quality improvement initiatives and maintain safety standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Mexico (or compact state)
At least 2 years of nursing leadership experience preferred
Current BLS certification required
COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
Problem-solving and critical thinking in fast-paced environments
