Occupational Therapist
Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (35 hours/week guaranteed)
Hours per Week: 35
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Qualifications
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of recent experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Experience with geriatric or rehabilitation populations
- Time management and organizational skills
