Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Sunday, Friday, Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing staff
Support residents' mobility and transfers using proper techniques
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients
Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of life for residents

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 1 year of CNA experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of patient care and safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
