Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem

Location: Bowie, MD

Start Date: 07-07-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM with 30-minute meal break. Flexible scheduling - pick up shifts that fit your availability.

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies
Uphold safety and infection control standards at all times

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted LPN or RN license in Maryland
CPR certification (BLS) preferred
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus, but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in medication administration and documentation
Knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
