Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in cardiac monitoring, ventilator management, and IV therapy
Knowledge of critical care protocols and evidence-based practices
Excellent assessment and multitasking abilities
Compassionate patient-centered approach
