Shift Type: Rotating schedule including every other weekend, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Engage residents in activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
Maintain a clean and safe environment following infection control protocols

Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in New Hampshire (VT/NH compact accepted)
Prefer at least 6 months of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state-approved LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication skills to interact with residents, families, and team members
Ability to handle physical demands including lifting and standing for long periods
Basic computer skills for electronic health records
A compassionate and patient demeanor
