Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (overnight shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care
Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland
CPR certification (BLS) required
Previous LPN experience in long-term care preferred
Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or have approved exemption
Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules

Education

Graduation from an accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in medication administration and wound care
Knowledge of state and federal regulations
Comfortable using electronic health records
